• Manage the Global HR Inbox by attending to queries and flagging those needing attention from colleagues.
• Ensure that internal systems (PaySpace and MoorePay) records are up to date and accurate, including leave, job titles, reporting lines, bandings, and team codes.
• Prepare and administer HR documents (employment contracts, promotional letters, and leavers letters).
