Multisport athlete

I am an Multisport athlete who regularly participate in triathlon, swimming, cycling and running events. I also play golf and have enjoyed the occasional padel or squash game. I love being active and encourage this with my family. I believe that my participation in sport helps me to better treat the sporting patient and knowing the discipline it requires to exercise, to better understand the patient who struggles with an exercise program.
