Summary
On my grandparents farm in Riversdale, Western Cape, where they cultivate Canola, Wheat, and other crops as well as raise sheep and Ostriches, is where my passion for farming grew. During the holidays I assisted my grandparents and neighbouring farms with planting, cultivating, harvesting, and general driving duties. I have lessons booked, and will obtain my Code 14 driver license in the coming weeks. After gaining some real world experience, I plan to further my education to increase my knowledge and skills so I can easily adapt to an ever changing farming environment.
