• Netcool is carrier-class service and business assurance system that collects and consolidates enterprise-wide event and alarm information in real-time from many different network data sources and presents simplified view of this information to operators and administrators. currently uses Netcool to collect events related to their managed assets

Responsibilities:

• Understood Requirements based on Business Requirement Specifications, Customer Requirement Specifications and Functional Requirement Specifications.
• Worked on different application with Netcool, Alarm Dictionary and Remedy
• Develop test strategies with QA engineers, developers and team members.
