2018: Head Boy of Grace College, Hilton.
2022: Runners-up for UFS Department of Physiotherapy Best Research Protocol by a third-year research group, for which I presented.
2023: Runners-up for UFS Department of Physiotherapy Best Research Project for the fourth-year research project titled “Associations between Sociodemographic Information and the Social and Family Wellbeing of Individuals Living with Cancer in the Free State”, for which I presented. This formed part of a larger study conducted by the fourth-year B.Sc. Physiotherapy group. Our group further went on to place first at the UFS Faculty of Health Sciences Student Research Forum, for which I also presented.
Since 2020: Lifetime member of Golden Key International Honour Society (the world's largest collegiate honour society for graduate and undergraduate students).
Served two consecutive terms as a Residence Committee (RC) member of House Abraham Fischer at the University of the Free State, one of South Africa’s oldest university residences. As RC Finance and Secretary (2021–2022), I managed a budget exceeding R40,000, coordinated house events, and led successful fundraising initiatives. In 2022–2023, I oversaw the Active Civic Teaching (ACT) and Environmental Affairs portfolios, leading community outreach, sustainability projects, and food security initiatives such as the No Student Hungry Programme in collaboration with UFS offices and local communities.
2024: Led a Community Service Advocacy Project with the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health, promoting physiotherapy in rural clinics through home visits, group exercise classes, and community education. Reorganised and revitalised the rehabilitation department, and co-created new patient assessment tools to enhance service delivery and documentation.
