- Conduct thorough candidate interviews (in-person and virtual) assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate interview processes including scheduling, feedback, and preparing candidates for client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, offering career advice and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
Placements:
- Acquire and place your own candidates on a monthly basis in line with company policies and targets.
- Managed entire placement process from sourcing to completion.
