• Lead the factory team strategic deployment and of advanced stages of AM and PM across the site

Responsibilities

• Led a team of Technical operators and technicians and set direction to deliver target results
• Driving and sustaining breakthrough results in OEE, Planned and Unplanned Downtime, minor stop reduction, MTBF and productivity savings
• Delivering against the Master Production Schedule by Optimal utilization of resources in order to attain set IWS targets
• Developed and executed the department Master / 90-Day Plans to address losses and build capability in the teams
• Led execution of 90 Day Plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools
