I have 11 years of BMW Motorrad History behind me, i started as a sales executive at BMW Motorrad Rustenburg and then became the manager and eventually worked my self up to group manager for Motorrad within the group i was working. During this time BMW Motorrad Rustenburg was awarded 3rd place Sales Retailer of the year for 2020 and 2021 and one of the other dealers i ran BMW Motorrad Polowkane achieved 1st place overall for dealer of the year in 2022 and won awards in all categories. I know how to work on all the systems (BMW and Internal) and am process driven. I believe in myself and my determination to succeed and I carry that over to my team because I want them to succeed. I am a fast learner; I can work individually and in a team. I have strong communication skills and have over the years built strong rapport with my customers and teams alike, I always try to be empathetic to situations and I am strong believer in work/life balance. I have other abilities that I utilize in my everyday work such as risk management, profitability tracking, customer satisfaction, efficiency tracking and HR topics.
