• Installation and connection of new machines.
• Rotation testing of 3-phase motors.

• Lead the 3D department in managing full project lifecycles — from conceptual design and technical file preparation to final fabrication, quality control, and national installation.
• Finalise client-approved designs and prepare detailed CNC, laser, and hotwire-ready files using advanced CAD and nesting software.
• Manage full material procurement, including substrate selection (MDF, Xanita, foam board, acrylic, etc.), ordering, and allocation to production teams.
• Develop and issue precise cutting lists and nesting layouts, ensuring material optimisation and production efficiency.
• Operate and maintain key workshop machinery, including CNC routers, CO₂ laser cutters, and FrogWire hotwire systems.
• Oversee factory operations, including workflow planning, machine scheduling, staff supervision, and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct site visits with clients to capture accurate dimensions and assess environmental constraints, followed by detailed 3D layout development and render presentations.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally between design, fabrication, spray, signage, and install teams to ensure on-time and accurate rollout execution.
• Lead quoting and cost estimation processes, including materials, labour, finishes, logistics, and installation planning.
