My Current position - I oversee all the new medical aid applications for all different medical aid schemes, Momentum Health, Discovery Health, Medshield, Bonitas, MediHelp, Fedhealth ect. This would includes gap cover aswell and brokers appointments. Making sure that underwriting comply.

- Opening files for all new clients.

- Load on Profida ( capture all data )

- Dealing with client on a daily bases

- Communicating with the schemes

- Regular follow ups

I also have the knowledge of dealing with medical aid queries, authorisations, medical aid account queries, membership cancellations, add on,s ( adding family ), travel insurances, updating clients info ect.
