Resolving ongoing conflicts
Organizing events (Yearend function, Blood drive, Casual day)
Disciplinary process (Labour relations)
Issue notice of hearings
Prepare for case and represent company during hearings

Police clearance - verification via biometric scanner (Finance, Logistics, Drivers, High risk positions)
Load all documentation of HR tracker
Weekly and monthly HR reports

Weekly birthday list of entire company
Part of COVID team, implement correct procedures, dealt with queries, investigations, claims etc
Long service certificates (Quotes, certificates, sending to relevant department across country)
