Accredited Assessor (Conduct Outcomes Based Assessment: NQF Level 5) Served on the board of the Bargaining Council for Meat Trade. Acquired relevant qualifications higher than matric. Although matric may be a barrier my experience, exposure & recognition for prior learning should be a consideration. My N1 qualification is higher pegged than a matric on the NQF. In terms of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), a certificate must carry 120 credits or 1200 notional hours of learning to be regarded as such. The total amount of hours I spent on my National Certificate exceeds the minimum hours needed.
