As CEO of Linum Labs, I took the reins during a financial and operational low point and turned it into a high-performing, multi-division Web3 company.

• Turned around a financial mess. Inherited a company with -50% burn and unclear P&Ls. Exposed the truth, made hard calls, and led a strategic turnaround toward profitability.
• Built structure and scale. Evolved Linum from a scrappy agency into a well-oiled business with clear KPIs, accountability systems, and growth plans across all divisions.
• Led with clarity and conviction. Defined clear goals and roadmaps, set bold-but-realistic targets, and wasn’t afraid to pivot or kill off projects if they were not the right fit for the company
• Put people and culture first. Drove a culture of ownership, transparency, and high performance. Promoted from within, created growth pathways, and embedded values like “We are not just YES people.”

As COO, I focused on building a well-oiled operation where people, process, and performance aligned. My role was all about driving efficiency, strengthening internal systems, and enabling the business to scale with clarity and intention.

• Operational Excellence: Streamlined systems and processes across divisions, championing sustainable and organic workflows that supported long-term scalability.
• Client Relationships: Maintained an open-door approach with clients, prioritizing transparency, trust, and high-touch communication to strengthen relationships and project delivery.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Built and nurtured a collaborative team culture rooted in ownership, openness, and growth. Led by example and kept team morale and accountability high across functions.
• Project Manager Development: Mentored junior PMs with a focus on critical thinking and solution-first approaches. Supported senior PMs in developing mentorship frameworks, training materials, and workshops.
• Strategic Execution: Worked closely with the CTO to co-create and execute on our BHAGs, vision, and quarterly strategies. We focused on aligning goals with measurable success metrics, and had fallback plans for any failure points.

• Collaborated with the CEO to align operational initiatives with the company’s broader strategic goals.
• Partnered with HR to refine hiring strategies and streamline onboarding, ensuring every new hire integrated smoothly into our culture.
• Worked with Finance on budget planning, resource allocation, forecasting, and runway management, all while keeping operational goals tightly aligned with growth targets.

• Managed the successful implementation of large-scale software projects. Some resulted in the successful deployment of contracts holding $8 billion in TVL.
• Implemented Agile methodologies to adapt to dynamic project requirements, and ensure efficient development cycles.
• Developed project plans, identified resources and established timelines for completion.
