• Provide On-site, remote, and telephonic ICT support as needed.
• Reporting to and liaising with Helpdesk and clients regarding queries.
• Liaising with management and other technical staff regarding all work.
• Manage, support, and assist with all VOIP / PABX related projects, queries, and support.
• Manage, support, and assist with all general networking, routing & firewall queries.
• Support and assist with server queries and administration.
• Support and assisting with any Microsoft cloud solutions in the context of networking, servers, computing and Microsoft 365.
• Manage respective backup systems as required.
• Investigate existing networks and VOIP/PABX infrastructures to document accordingly and propose alternative solutions to increase Leftclick’s service offering.
• Investigate, build, and understand dialing plans for clients in order to streamline systems.
• Facilitate with Firewall and Routing support, installations and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and improve link monitoring for all connections.
• Assist, monitoring and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and Radius systems.
• Assist with desktop related matters as required (not the core focus)
• Ensuring your tickets and job cards are up to date and completed daily.
• Complying with process and procedure.
• Liaising with sales department regarding sales queries from clients.
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors and inform Leftclick of all activity regarding this.
• Ensuring deadlines and deliverables regarding projects are met.
• Join after-hour rotation and standby as required.
• Complying with client procedures and standards,
• Provide support for any other ICT queries as/when requested by Leftclick.
