Job overview

Manage and supervise key cellar and winemaking processes, including pressing, clarification, fermentation, and filtration, with a view to the highest quality, whilst ensuring safe and prescribed cellar operational processes.


Organizing, planning, and execution of cellar operations for assistant winemakers, subordinates, and general staff, creating a productive workplace and a culture of teamwork.
