In my role as a Mechanical Design and Project Engineer, I am responsible for collaborating closely with prestigious clients such as Ford, BMW, and Toyota, specializing in the design of various industrial systems including jigs, conveyors, tackles, hand tools, and assembly tables. These designs are tailored to incorporate electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics as per client requirements, while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations. My duties encompass the entire project lifecycle, starting from initial 3D modeling and obtaining client approvals, through to managing material procurement and producing detailed part and assembly drawings. I oversee the issuance of job cards to our fabrication team and coordinate all stages of production, including painting, powder coating, plating, or hardening processes, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the final product to our clientele.

• During my short tenure at Turnkey Hydraulics, I was tasked with creating a comprehensive 3D model of a hydraulic cylinder to meet specific client requirements. This involved closely adhering to engineering standards to ensure the model's accuracy and functionality. My experience provided valuable insights into hydraulic systems and their practical applications in engineering, enhancing my understanding of design principles and technical specifications within industrial contexts.

• Provide one-on-one math tutoring to high school students, focusing on topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, and statistics.

• Responsible for generating G-codes and creating CNC programs for machining operations, ensuring accurate and efficient production processes
• Collaborated closely with design and engineering teams to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to develop machining strategies.
