Overseer of Maintenance Operations – Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the following equipment:
• 4 × 10-ton coal-fired boilers
• Water treatment systems and effluent discharge
• Air compressors and factory air supply
• Main utilities workshops
• Pump stations
• Buildings and site services
• Total vehicle fleet
• Waste management systems
• Maintain and upgrade Main Utilities equipment as directed by the Engineering Manager.
• Ensure sufficient supply of air, water, and steam during the production season.
• Supervise workshop operations, including the manufacturing and repair of equipment.
• Lead maintenance artisans and operators to ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance plan, off-season maintenance activities, and related projects.
• Manage budgets in line with RFG guidelines.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide full people management, including leadership, coaching, and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Delegate responsibilities to 7 artisans, 2 technicians, and support staff
• Manage all engineering responsibility areas
• Plan shifts and standby as required
