•Performing scheduled maintenance on both electrical systems, inspecting wiring, cleaning circuits thermal inspections and mechanical components, lubricating,motor bearings, inspecting and replacing seals and packing material to prevent future breakdowns.

•Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing faults in complex electro-mechanical systems, which includes both electrical issues motor controls, PLC, sensors, drives and mechanical issues gearboxes,conveyers, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic components.

•I perform RCA Applying systematic problem-solving skills to identify the underlying cause of failures both electrical and machenical.

•Working closely with other tradespeople, engineers, and production staff to coordinate shutdowns, assist with complex issues.

• I Install and maintain,repair electrical systems.

• I commission,modify electrical equipment, wiring and control systems according to SANS standards.

•I'm Planning layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures,based on job specifications and relevant standards.

• I'm Inspecting electrical systems,equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.

• I'm Examining blueprints,wiring diagrams and specifications to determine sequences.

•I'm Adherence to all electrical rules and safety regulations, and Maintaining 'Clean as you, go.housekeeping standards.

• Executing job according to SOPs.

• Standby along with working overtime.

• Repair and troubleshoot refrigeration unit.
• Install climate-control system such as HVAC unit
• Repair mechanical and electrical component of system.
