As a Warehouse Administrator, my responsibilities are centered around managing day to day activities of our customer which is our plants that we service. This role involves managing and ensuring that we ensure plant receives all the spares that they need to keep plant running and manage the breakdowns. As a Warehouse Administrator we strive to ensure that are activities are conducted efficiently and safely and with minimum delay. Here below are my key responsibilities that I do as a Warehouse Administrator:

• Safety Inspection - As Health and Safety Representative conduct walk about in work area to check if there risks that needs to be attended.
• Sap reservations _ part of my task is to run report on sap to determine outstanding reservations and attend them by issuing them off system.
• Critical Spares _ these are spares deemed by plant to be critical and we count them and ensure they are available as per sap.
• Wall Counts _ this is part of my task which involves counting spares in warehouse, this ensures that our inventory is accurate and if there are any irregularities are corrected. Investigations are carried out where there are discrepancies and inventory corrected.
