• Product support and technical support to Dealer Network and clients
• Assist Dealer with technical enquiries and technical problems
• Investigate Field Information Reports (FIR) to identify notifications
• Determine cause of problem and submit FIR to factory for customer assistance and feedback
• Receive and enforce service bulletin instructions to ensure compliance
• Provide technical support (verbal and physical) to ensure continuous operations
