In my current position as Business Analyst my latest highlight was being chosen to lead a Virtual Reality project, where I bridged the gap between the developers, stakeholders and the customer. Our team was tasked with developing a training simulation for a client who was looking to gamify their operators process of building a finished product on an assembly line. We had to understand each and every process that is involved to make the simulation as close to reality as possibly also making sure that the training feels real by ensuring the simulation looked identical to the clients manufacturing plant and adding voice instructions, virtual instructions and quizzes to the simulations to ensure the effectiveness of the training. This entire process was visible to the managers on the Learning Management Platform.
