Ambitious and self-motivated biochemist with a passion for basic and translational research. Worked extensively with NHS confidential Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) data at Genomics England to study the effects of circadian gene variants on colorectal cancer patient survival. Proficient in R and Python, and served as editor for Introduction to R by Douglas et al. (2024). Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills in academic and professional settings. Maintains high standards in laboratory practice, including cleanliness, accurate reporting, and precise labelling of reagents.
