o Tenant accounts: timeous and accurate processing/posting of corrections, adjustments, terminate and vacate notifications

• To effectively manage arrears, prevent late or non-payment by:
o continuous day-to-day telephone follow-up,
o regular account monitoring, analysing, reporting,
o ensuring CRM notes are updated and maintained with accurate, timeous and relevant information (why amounts are outstanding, how much will be paid and by when).
o ensuring effective management of CRM cases in MDA:
a) cases are opened and actions assigned timeously,
b) cases are closed when accounts are fully paid or queries resolved,
c) monitoring CRM actions to ensure actions are completed by due dates.
• To ensure tenant payment allocations are efficiently and accurately processed (daily by 08h30) and unallocated payments are kept to a minimum.
• Obtaining payment arrangements through timeous negotiation with tenants, drafting the Acknowledgement of Debt and ensuring timeous approval by both the tenant and the Landlord.
• Providing timeous, accurate and complete feedback on arrears when requested, ensuring accurate, applicable comments (including a breakdown of the arrears) on the arrears report, per building, are captured timeously.
• Routing account queries and discrepancies efficiently to ensure timeous resolution.
