  • Ensuring the accurate billing and timeous collection of property rentals, rental arrears and utilities.

  • Ensuring that the monthly billing run is completed on or before the 21st of every month.

  • Ensuring that arrears are kept within acceptable Client standards/targets (96% of what is billed), preventing late or non-payment by continuous day-to-day monitoring, analysing, reporting and record keeping (ensuring that all notes are updated with accurate, timeous and relevant information).
  • Maintaining positive business relationships both internally and externally, striving to ensure that clear, concise, correct, complete and courteous elements of good communication (oral and written) is followed.

o Rental and utility invoice and payment data;

o Approved Data Change Forms;

o Payment allocations, ensuring these are effectively managed (daily, first thing) and unallocated payments are kept to a minimum

• Providing timeous, accurate and complete feedback on arrears when requested, ensuring accurate, applicable comments (including a breakdown of the arrears) on the arrears report, per building, are captured timeously.
• Routing account queries and discrepancies efficiently to ensure timeous resolution.
