- Interact with guests during their stay, Solving and attend to guest complaints

- Working closely with accounts departments for reservations payment and refunds
- Responsible for Front Desk duty Roster, Daily Stationary
- Supervising Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Provide guidance and direction to all associates to ensure they are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations
- The ability to perform all front office functions both quickly and efficiently along with functioning as a technical department resource and providing training new hires
- Ensures good communication between all departments and the front office to better Serve our guests
