• While I started lecturing HR Management - I eventually went on to lecture Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Leadership Development modules within the business school.

• Talent Management and Organization Development Consultant within the PwC People and Change Advisory Team.
• A few highlights include the successful completion of an HR Transformation project for one of the major SA telecommunications companies and being part of a panel investigating the economic impact of a major defense industry project

• A highlight of this role was installing an HR function for the business, embedding HR practices that were lacking or non-existent prior, providing HR guidance and leadership to a management team across the Group of 3 companies.
• A key member of the team that launched Green Able - a non-profit skills development incubator that employees previously disadvantaged employees with disabilities.

• Provided HR and IR expertise to clients and site managers across South Africa. I have lost count of how many CCMA and MEIBC cases I attended to, but the IR experience was invaluable.
• Responsible for the facilitation and assessment of two funded learnerships: Wholesale and Retail Operations and Project Management. A highlight included developing all training materials and, subsequently, becoming a fulltime facilitator and assessor.
