  • Do hand over with night shift, take out float and ensure you have enough change
  • Read hand over book and check that the phone system is working
  • Print contingency report (arrival list, departure list, guest inhouse, housekeeping report)
  • Check arrivals and phone to guarantee all non-guaranteed booking
  • Make sure all reg card for arrivals are printed and keys are precut
  • Make sure all rooms have been changed by housekeeping to VC

  • Request all dinner dockets at 10pm from the restaurant and file them to pit
  • Do handover to night shift and start with your banking
  • Reception should be left clean and tidy for the next shift
