• Goldfields: Information Technology-Operational Technology (IT-OT) Convergence Advisory Project – OT & OT Architecture, 08/01/19, 11/01/19, An advisory project ran by Deloitte SA. The objective was to help Goldfields form a picture of the degree of Information Technology and Operational Technology convergence with the business., I worked as a consultant under MineRP, contracted by Deloitte SA to map the As-Is Application Landscape for Goldfield mining operations using adapted ISA 95 Frameworks for Systems Context., Business Process Modelling: Mapped Value Stream maps to understand the flow of information and material across the mining value chain (EMMMV Framework).
• Pucobre Mine: Planning Business Process Improvement, 04/01/23, 08/01/23, The objective of the project was to assist the client with creating a new integrated planning process – integrating Long-Term, Medium-range, Short-Term and Execution Planning horizons; establishing management routines to enable effective management of the planning process; implementing MineRP digital solutions to orchestrate the new processes., Business Process Optimization Expert: responsible for coordinating the businesses process development – facilitating the understanding of the current processes (As-Is) and the re-engineering to create the To-Be processes meeting the project outcomes; eliminating unnecessary redundant and ineffective aspects of the processes., Statistical Process Control: Setting up Statistical Process Control through Control Charts., Management Routines Development: assisting in setting up management routines and mainly looking into the information flow in and out of the routines., Training Materials Developer: Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical and non-technical users to entrench the built solution.
