With my training group at the academy as well as my team at Natref I was well known as the mother of the groups. Not only because I was comfortable to tell them to clean up after themselves, but also because I can take charge when no one else wanted to. I made sure on plant to keep up with my teams’ activities witch at first was to know where I would be learning something new, but later turned into a reporting system for both my foreman and management.
