OTHER WOODWORKING
- Building various items as needed since joining FCE in 2008. Imported a variety of machines from South Africa to Tanzania with the vision to produce acoustic guitars for the worship leaders in remote villages in order to promote ethno-centric worship music. The reason for building rather than buying guitars is because of the high humidity which damages instruments which come from a dry climate.
- I have built 3 guitars and 1 ukulele.
INTEGRATION OF A BIBLICAL VIEW ON WORK
In my early years work was something I did in order to get money. There was always a sense of pride in what I did and enjoyment to a certain degree, but that view has changed dramatically with the realization that redemption is needed in every arena of life. There is a Hebrew word that can be translated as work or as worship, and the first mention of the Holy Spirit empowering someone, was an artisan named Bezalel who made furnishings for the Tabernacle. This message has been the core of all my teaching when I have been training others.

- General maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machinery. Rebuilt several 4-cylinder diesel and petrol engines with assistance.
