• In 2021 we had the privilege to open a soup kitchen at the CHC- Myself and 2 local ladies.
• The soup kitchen was open from Monday's to Wednesday's were we would provide soup to approximately 100 people per day.
• The soup kitchen closed January 2024 due to logistical and financial constraints.

• Employed by the Easter Cape Department of Health -Nelson Mandela Bay Health District.
• The medical officer at Laetitia Bam CHC- Kariega. I work alongside two community service doctors who are placed at the facility. I have helped out at other facilities within the metro such as Rosedale clinic, Du Preez street clinic, Walmer 14th Avenue clinic and Chatty clinic.
• Mentor and supervisor to the interns that rotate at the facility. They rotate at the facility as part of their family medicine rotation.
• Duties :seeing patients in the Out Patient Department (OPD) as well as stabilizing and managing emergency cases in the trauma unit of the facility.
• Passionate about Primary Healthcare and Family Medicine.
• Passionate about treating patients holistically.
• Worked in the height of the covid 19 pandemic in a resource limited setting. Gained exposure and experience in managing all the "waves" of the pandemic.

• All the respective rotations were completed at Uitenhage Provincial Hospital except orthopedics rotation which were done at Livingstone Hospital in Port Elizabeth in 2019.
• Calls would entail working in the Emergency Department of Uitenhage Provincial Hospital 2018 and 2019.
