  • Design and Implementation: Overseeing the design and implementation of various donor funded programs Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems (Health Sector). Donors include The United States Agency for International Development ( USAID), Anglo American and Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
  • KPIs and Tools: Development of key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, MEL tools, and define MEL responsibilities across programs and related activities.
  • Programme Reporting: Coordination, directing, and review data analysis of programme reports in collaboration with the programme teams. Support to internal Knowledge Management Systems and the donor funded reporting systems.
  • Communication and Dissemination of Evidence-Based Products: Create tailored communication products such as infographics to share MEL insights with diverse audiences, including donors and program teams.
  • Team Management: Managing and support of MEL staff, including recruitment and onboarding.

  • Liaise between CHAI, Department of Health (DoH) and NGOs to implement various monitoring systems and reporting at Provincial level ( Free State and Gauteng Provinces)
  • Contribution to National DoH on M&E policy and guidelines development through various working groups
