  • I am fortunate to have worked in the Yachting Industry for 35 years of my life.
  • I started as a wide eyed stewardess-quickly learning how to maintain & clean a yacht to the highest standard. If I did not ,then overboard I would go.
  • I learned quickly that a smile and a willingness to work hard is important to get on with life.
  • Working in my fathers restaurant during summer vacations,gave me a sense of what would shape my career & passion for many years. Attending cooking school in London as well as completing numerous 'in' house cookery courses around the world including Vietnam, Rajasthan & California have all helped me develop my skills in the culinary arena.

I am energetic person who loves to fill the day.

My happiness comes from good energy through my dog , friends & family & feeding people.

E biking is part of my mantra to keep young at heart - without giving your knees a hard time.

A cup of strong coffee and a quiet hour is a perfect platform for Dissectology - puzzle doing is a favorite pastime of mine.

Objective for 2022 and onwards:

  • I would like to continue my love of cooking for private clients.
  • I am available for fun cooking course, providing pool side nibbles, romantic dinners, raucous dinner parties, fun tapas soirees, family style menus - Mexican, Indian, Thai, Italian Mamma style - me cook you feed.
  • I am always interested in training staff to ensure guests a high standard of service at all times.
  • I am available for weekends, or longer dates should you need - to bring food joy to your stay in South Africa.
