- In order to do this, I need to ensure we have clients in our target markets and make our brand known to them, I need to source partners in these areas and setup a structure for us to operate in
- This could include sourcing a partner and managing them through our auditing process, establishing MOUs and SLAs, finding towers and structures to train on, establishing training venues and classrooms, doing presentations to customers and negotiating solutions for them
