I am a certified Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma Practitioner who is currently studying for a master’s degree in business administration. Over the past decade I have occupied several management roles in both the private and public sector organisations including being the Chief Executive Officer for a business management consultancy for a period of 5 years. The roles I previously occupied involved the development and implementation of functional processes and systems geared towards tracking individual performance and productivity. Over an extended period, I have acquired a value-based approach to create strategic partnerships at both lower and senior management levels to improve business performance in organisations. I have also worked extensively in cross-functional teams within reputable organisations and understand the dynamics of working in diverse groups and teams.
