· Program Development & Planning:
- Design and develop CPD programs that align with professional standards and meet the learning needs of accountants.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, regulations, and requirements to ensure relevant content delivery.
- Develop learning objectives for CPD sessions, ensuring they address emerging topics such as taxation, auditing standards, financial reporting, and ethics.
· Presenter and Supplier Contract Management:
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with presenters, speakers, or suppliers who provide CPD training and educational materials.
- Ensure all contractual obligations, including fees, terms of engagement, and deliverables, are clearly outlined and met.
- Oversee contract renewals and manage any changes or amendments as needed.
- Liaise with legal or procurement departments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Accreditation & Compliance Management:
- Ensure CPD courses comply with regulatory bodies and are accredited by relevant professional organizations, such as professional accounting bodies.
- Keep records of CPD activities and ensure participants' compliance with required hours or points of professional development.
· Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the point of contact between presenters, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate the delivery of CPD programs.
- Collaborate with accounting experts, training providers, and industry bodies to deliver high-quality content.
- Engage with attendees to collect feedback for program improvement and to address any issues with the training process.
· Budget and Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage the budget for CPD activities, including expenses related to speaker fees, venues, materials, and technology.
- Monitor costs and ensure efficient use of resources without compromising on the quality of training.
· Marketing and Promotion of CPD Programs:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote CPD events and ensure maximum participation from relevant professionals.
- Develop content for promotional materials such as brochures, emails, and online marketing campaigns.
· Technology Integration & Administration:
- Manage online CPD platforms for registration, delivery of content, and tracking of participants’ progress.
- Oversee virtual and in-person event logistics, including venue arrangements, technology setup, and content distribution.
· Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of CPD programs, including participant feedback and completion rates.
- Continuously review and improve CPD offerings based on feedback, industry developments, and participant needs.
