  • Receiving instructions pertaining to defaulters and /or complying customers, locating site/ addresses and commencing with the disconnection/reconnection sequence.
  • Checking connection/disconnection prior to departure from site, recording activities and forwarding schedules to relevant personnel for further processing.
  • Conducting disconnection and reconnection for non-payment of services received from billing, new service agreements, transfer and closing of accounts.
  • Conducting tariff MCB changes received from consumer office.
  • Replaced fault meter as per billing exception report or changes when necessary as per revenue enhancement programs, including auditing of meter room fo identification of cross meter and taking corrective measures.
