• Making sure that all personal targets are met
• Reviewal of pre-art register daily and facilitate recall of overdue patients
• Involved on outreach activities to relink missed appointment clients back to care
• Taking of Baseline bloods for newly diagnosed patients and taking of viral load bloods
• Initiate TB treatment and ART on newly diagnosed patients and issue follow up treatment
• Assessing patients due for TPT and initiate TPT
• Do Clinical and other audits as indicated
• Prepare for and attend Nerve Centre meetings
• Provide SRHR services.

• Tracing and testing of index case for positive Covid 19 patients
• Monitoring of positive Covid 19 cases and their contacts
• Screening of asymptomatic Covid patients
• Testing of symptomatic contact of positive cases
• Collection of swabs and submitting to NHLS laboratory.

• Screen health problems and administer treatment for primary health conditions in accordance with prescribed norms and standards
• Implementing patient care standards, policies and procedures
• Delegation of personnel according to their scope of practice
• Maintain and update inventory for the facility
• Advocating for patients in promotion of proper treatment and care
• Initiation antiretroviral therapy to newly diagnose HIV positive patients
• Initiation of prep and pep for HIV exposed patients
• Team leader on outreach community programmes and awareness
• Tracking and tracing of early missed and lost to follow on HIV and TB patient
• Complete daily sheets and adhere to prescribed submission time
• Assist the operational manager on administrative duties
• Identify health indicators and conduct clinical audit records
• Rendering holistic care at a primary health care level
• Consultation outpatient and dispensing medication and referral of emergency patients
• Women’s health issues and screening e.g., collection of Pap smear specimens and submission to laboratory for further investigations and interpretation of the results
• Nerve Centre meetings and debriefing for standard Nursing care according to scope of practice.
