Job Overview:
As a Operations Monitoring Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems by continuously monitoring system performance and promptly reporting any errors to the development team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing system health, addressing incoming client tickets, and managing the ticketing process from receipt through resolution. You will be responsible for escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensuring timely closure of tickets. Your role is pivotal in maintaining system reliability and enhancing client satisfaction through effective issue resolution and communication. Shift Work and Standby This position requires flexibility for shift-based work, including both day and night shifts. Standby duty will be expected periodically, with availability for call-out as needed. Weekend shifts are also part of the job requirements. Have your own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Network Connections and Health: Regularly check network connections for any drops and assess transaction failure rates and failed transactions to ensure continuous system performance and reliability.
2. Monitor Transaction Response Times: Track transaction response times and real-time transaction times for each client and product, ensuring prompt processing and identifying any performance issues.
3. Monitor Stock Levels: Keep an eye on stock levels, escalate any low stock situations, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stockouts.
4. Monitor System Errors: Continuously review system errors to identify, report, and address any issues that could impact system functionality or user experience.
5. Ensure Daily Transaction Settlements: Verify that all transactions are successfully settled by midnight each day, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily financial processes.
6. Monitor Network Response Times and Uptime: Oversee network response times and uptime, promptly reporting any network downtime or failovers to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality.
7. Track Daily Transaction Times and Upstream Errors: Monitor transaction times per second on an hourly basis, as well as upstream errors, to maintain system efficiency and address any anomalies.
8. Respond to Helpdesk Tickets: Address incoming helpdesk tickets related to queries such as successful and failed transactions, credits, and transaction tracking, providing timely and effective resolutions to enhance client satisfaction.

customer service: provide expert advice to customers on product selection features and maintenance fostering a positive shopping experience.
market Research: conduct market analyzing to identify trends and opportunities in the biking community adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products, including online listings social media engagement and local events.
Job responsibility:
Incubating chicken eggs, hatching chicks and separate them by gender.
Package the chicks up into customer orders and ship the chicks directly to our customers free of
damage.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets.
shrink rap and label orders.
Move completed orders to the loading dock or Trailor.
Assisting in wing clipping, toe clipping and beak trimming.
Using automatic vaccinators and Cocci spray.
Fulfilling all orders using a detailed eye to fill each order with care and correctness making sure
each order is counted with precision and compare packing slips with box labels.
Cleaning of the Fulfillment area, sanitation using proper SOP procedure, performing basic
sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe environment, such as cleaning aisles of debris and
stacking empty pallets.
Picking eggs for weekly incubating. Setting eggs in incubating carts. Washing eggs trays and
crates. Loading delivery trucks . receiving and processing incoming products, picking, stacking and
wrapping products and or building pellets,
cleaning and sanitizing of all vehicles.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning services to clients, including retirement planning,

financial situation.

- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach to
address any concerns or changes in financial circumstances.
- Collaborate with team members and other professionals, such as tax advisors and estate
planners, to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market developments, and investment products to
provide the highest level of service and advice.
