  • Coordinate and streamline daily information flows between Task Managers, Project Coordinators, and other relevant departments.
  • Keep abreast of projects and the experts managing them, so as to facilitate the orientation of clients or external parties requiring project information.
  • Prepare, in coordination with the Country Programme Officer (CPO), monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports of the projects and activities of the Country Office; assist in the organization and coordination of supervision missions of the ADB-financed projects and monitor the recommendations, including those in the aide-mémoire and Back to Office Report (BTOR); backstop the Disbursement Assistant, IT Specialist, and Finance and Administrative Assistant whenever they are on leave or mission, and ensure there is business continuity; prepare minutes of the weekly work programme supervision meetings.
  • Assist with the programming and monitoring of operations activities using the appropriate software; ensure and maintain archives (both electronic and physical) of the office, including aide-mémoires, agreements of projects signed between the Bank and Government, and other partners
  • Follow up and update project schedules in BPPS
  • Update IPRs of projects and ensure that there is compliance with the Bank's procedures
  • Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on operational issues and solutions.
  • Conducted regular audits of operational activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
