I am a Sports Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer who is prepared for role in athletic conditioning. I have run 10 Comrades with 7 of those being sub 9 hours. I've been running for over 20 years and have been passionate about combining strength training and running. Which I've found to be a winning combination with little to no injuries and to be a much stronger and faster runner.
