Eliminating Wet Floors In production areas to minimize the risk of Injury :
This project aimed at eliminating the wet floors in the production area, working closely with the Maintenance and engineering team this project covered the installation of drains in areas where most wet surfaces were present, the redesign of the steam bath used in production as well as developing a Dry floor policy. This project eliminated the risk of injury (Slips, Trips and falls) .
EHS Wellness day :
Wellness day is a day that aims at educating and encouraging employees to live a more conscious and healthier life, Facilitating and planning this day I had to organize different service providers to come onto site and form part of the day ( Discovery, Headspace Mental Health, IEMAS, SANBS, Virgin Active)
