I had a wide spectrum of responsibilities, not limited to the scope of my Job Title.
I was responsible for securing and maintaining fuel supply agreements with large corporates such as FNB and WHBO.
I ran these contracts from contact to securing, contract drafting and signing and then relationship maintenance throughout the duration of the contract, then ensuring that they are renegotiated and renewed.
I was responsible for developing lasting relationships with the people who influenced the contract and thus maintained a personal touch with each and every customer.
Within the company I ensured a smooth flow between different departments ensuring that the customer had a worry free experience. I made it a point to stay on top of things and keep my clients in the know at all times. As problems are bound to happen, when they arose, I made sure I called the customer to let them know of the situation and our process to remedy BEFORE they contacted us.
