Supply Chain:

Approve and confirm goods upon delivery and ensure invoices are approved and sent to finance for payment within the 30 days Treasury Regulation.

Assist in the absence of BAC Secretary, I assist in the arrangement and distribution of BAC meeting documents before meeting, ensure that there is an attendance register that must be signed by all members, record/take minutes and send to all members for corrections then send to the chairperson for signature and approval and file them.
Secretarial:
Taking calls and messages, noting down messages and arranging appointments and meeting venues in time.
Managing and creating an orderly filling system for easy access and retrieval of documents.
Typing and taking notes.
Organize meetings, workshops, conferences and other functions.
Writing of memorandums, submissions, and requests for stationery of the Directors office.
Minute taking, diary management, preparation of trip authorities, travel and accommodation, subsistence and travel (S&T) compilation, and general office management of the Director's office in the absence of the Secretary.
Register and submit all documents signed/approved by the head of the directorate to relevant offices leave forms, finance and supply chain documents including invoices.
Transport:
Receive and compile on excel spreadsheet for G-Fleet payment procedures.
Capture all departmental fleet invoices on BAS system.
Assist the transport officer with inspection of fleet vehicles after each trip, processing of fleet accident and claims, tracker and kilometers.
Process the renewal of license disk and traffic fines of the department including the Minister's office.
