Maintains an efficient skills development administration service working with the Skills Development Facilitator to update
organizational skills development plans, reports, programs and projects.
· Audit the learning function in terms of tax rebates (IT180), FSC categories. Identifies and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
· Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
· Provides advice to business and supports the Skills Development Facilitator.
· Works closely with Skills Development Facilitator and represents the Skills Development Facilitator when required.
· Checks, analyses, and updates learning and development policies in line with regulations and group policies.
