c. Redis Construction Africa contributed to achieve 15 000 000 LTI Free Hours at Kamoto Copper Company.
d. NTR / Redis JV (Letlhakane) achieved 1 000 000 LTI Free Hours on the 27th of March 2017. The Construction Phase of the Project officially commenced on the 01st of August 2015; the Milestone was therefore achieved over a period of 20 Months. NTR / Redis JV (Letlhakane) receive the Overall Project White Diamond Award in August 2017.
e. My employment ended with Redis Construction on the 31st of July 2021 when Redis closed for business; Hummingbird Resources offered me a contract which I accepted. From commencement of employment with Redis Construction on the 03rd of January 2014, I've worked on four separate contracts in DRC, Botswana, Madagascar, and Mali respectively. I ended employment with Redis after 7 years and 7 months with zero Lost Time Injuries on my watch.
