Product & Solution Expertise:
Offer expert advice and solutions based on Capitec Global One products, which include savings, transactional, credit, and insurance services.
Client Onboarding & Applications:
Accurately gather and capture client information for credit and loan applications, ensuring the process is efficient and timely.
Digital Banking Support: Provide support to clients using Capitec Bank's internet and mobile banking services.
