I am a very dedicated and trustworthy farmer, i have been trusted with lots of high risk and price situations. I have been put in charge to look over all the workers when we put the irrigation in, harvested the pecan nuts, harvested the oranges and when we spread the gypsum over the fields. I believe I was put in charge because I know hot to take responsibility and I want to get all the jobs done as quickly and has neatly as possible. I have worked on the farm for 1 year and they trusted me enough to go on vacation for a whole week and left me in charge. I worked on all 3 farms he owned each of them are approximately 50 hectares.
