Summary

I was a Course Leader/Training Operations Manager as well as a Youth Training Instructor in the employment of Chrysalis Academy and am currently employed as a Training Coordinator. I am an accredited NQF Level 5 Facilitator as well as a NQF Level 6 Assessor registered with the ETDP SETA with various unit standards(Find Document attached. I am able to work very well with people on various levels as well as from diverse backgrounds, aiming for constant success. I always try to be the best at what I do and therefore I work very well under pressure. I am very polite and I possess excellent communication skills. I consider myself to be very hardworking, trustworthy as well as dependable. I possess great leadership qualities, and I am capable of working well in a team, as well as independently. My previous work experience allowed me to be a Project Manager in sport development as well as capacity building. As I have a very good understanding of the Chrysalis program, I see myself performing well in this type of position. I have a wide background in youth camps and wilderness programs. I have also completed the Outward Bound program as part of my assessment to enter the Academy. I see myself as a mentor, as I have been mentored by various role models and leaders, who understand the youth culture and their struggles.
