- Ensure the necessary documentation is in place and valid for the project.
- Oversee qualitative and quantitative controls are in place and being implemented accordingly.
- Oversee Health and Safety measures and protocols are in place including resource upgrades through certified trainings to meet the needs of the project, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings, and providing inputs on Action Plans from audit reports.

- Recruit and engage with service providers and oversee their successful registration into the vendor registry.
- Lead the team in conflict resolution and oversee the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Monitor and update the Risk Register and ensure it is communicated to the right stakeholders timeously.
- Monitor subcontractor operations in order to apply effective time, resource, and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion.
- Monitor the Project Program to ensure that the project is within the project timeframe and raise an alert on changes.
- Engage the professional team with regards to any issues arising from their submitted drawings and specifications.
- Raise Requests For Information with the appropriate Project Professional and monitor response.
- Ensure the timeous advertising of RFQ's and have oversight on adjudication and the negotiation for favourable terms for all parties involved.
- Manage procurement processes for timely delivery of materials while minimizing costs, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily progress on-site to maintain a clear understanding of challenges faced by the team members or any required adjustments in plans or schedules.
- Produce the required by-weekly, monthly reports for submission to the appropriate stakeholders.
