Inspection of raw materials before issued to factory production
Verify production from factory and send through the factory timesheets to the factory admin controller.
Backflushing of finished goods, semi-finished goods on the SAP system
Prepare stock labels for the various inventory items in stock
Update the customer registers once the customers have been loaded and dispacted.
Perform GRN's on SAP for the Maccaferri S.A warehouses in Johannesburg, East London, Cape Town and Tongaat i.e Raw materials , buy out finish goods.
Arrange stock transfers between warehouses
Assist with queries relating to stock i.e. stock deviations
Documentation of all exports - S.O.L.A.S documentation
Picking of orders for export clients, ensuring strict adherence to the country of export
Attend to customer queries daily
Prepare loading plans for road and sea freight (container loading)
Ensure all loads are photographed before dispatching customers
Follow up on all deliveries and collections
Arrange transport according to client requirements at the best transport rate.
Complete all purchase requisitions on SAP system
